I have a 2 year old venture 70 that has had only modest use and no abuse. Did not get much use during pandemic. It will no longer charge. I have tried a reset. Seems too young to have died?

How long did the unit go without use while in storage?

It’s hard to say now. Maybe like 2-3 months.

That isn't very long to go in storage without use. I would suggest contacting our support team directly to see if there is anything they can do warranty wise. You will more than likely need your proof of purchase, so I would have that at hand just in case. Their contact information is below.
