Yeti 200x suddenly stopped charging via solar and 12V car charge

Any help on what to do to fix my Yeti 200x charging please?

Is there a “reset” option to reboot the input ports? I am not able to plug in to 230 V AC at present as am camping with solar panels.

Any help much appreciated please.

Please try the reset below for the Yeti 200X.

Reset:

1. Press and Hold the 12V and AC button for 15 seconds.
2. At 15 seconds, let go and everything should shut off on the unit.
3. Try turning on and using the unit.

Are the Yeti 200X each of you own charging via the power supply? Is it just the solar panels and the 12V car charging cable that are not working?

I have a Yeti 200x and it is not accepting a charge from solar or AC. I seems the pin in the input port is broken or something, as it does not acknowledge anything being plugged in. Can this be fixed or replaced?
