Lithium 400 does not turn on but links once
When I plug in the charger I get a short blink on the display and on the input led. But then it goes dark. Reset doesn't help. I am going to try a different charger any other suggestions?

Please try the attached reset. If that does not work please contact our support team with your proof of purchase to see if there are any warranty options.

Thanks for that suggestion. It took me a while to realize you had posted it. I went through the hard reset process now I am seeing something different. Here is what I am seeing. The 20% bar is flashing. Does this mean my battery is dead or my charger?
