Sherpa 100PD won't charge from 60w USB-C port

Hello, I have a small foldable 60w panel, with both USB-C and USB QC 3.0. The Sherpa charges just fine when I have it on the USB QC 3.0 port, I've done a few full cycles with it. But when I attach it to the USB-C port, it will draw power for a second, flash off, draw power for a second, flash, off, do this a few times, then just stop charging.

The solar panel is fine - I use the USB-C port to charge my Venture 75, as well as multiple other power banks without issue. All of those draw 20w in full sun consistently (I have an inline monitor to check).

Any ideas why I"d have this issue?

I just got an older version from work. And it seems the USB-C port will not receive a charge either. Ive tried many different power sources including a solar panel. So if you find a solution, let me know.
