Yeti 1000x hang, unresponsive

Hi!

I just bought a brand new Yeti 1000x and while charging it with a boulder 100 (and under load powering a computer + display through the 230V socket plus a light via usb) it hanged.

The display does not respond, I tried resetting by pressing both the info + units buttons for more than 7 seconds and nothing happens. everything shows at 0.

No button responds either, and oddly the USB port continues to work.

Is my unit defective? something else I can do?

    Hi @juans,

    There is a battery shut down for the Yeti 1000X you can try. Please see below.

    1. Hold INFO button for about 10 seconds
    2. The system will shutdown and be unresponsive for up to 1 minute
    3. Once the system restarts, it should function as normal.
