How to connect two Boulder 100 to Yeti 500X?
Hi there, I just bought a second Boulder 100 to improve the charging of my Yeti 500X. I read somewhere that a 4x8mm to High Power Port Cable is necessary to chain the two panels together - but my Yeti does not have an Anderson plug socket. How should I connect that cable to the power station? Or did I missunderstand something? Thank you so much for helping! :)

Hi @Lelasunisa
We recommend using the 4X 8mm combiner cable for that set up. You will also need the HPP to 8mm adapter. Both links are listed below.

I have the same idea because usually one Boulder 100 does not deliver enough charging power, in most of my conditions.
My question is: What happens if the conditions make it possible to create more power than the Yeti 500 is capable to handle (summer, mountain, clear sky). Are there any risks?
Thank you
