I got yeti 400, haven't use yet, over 3 years, today try to charging over night but no charging ?

We do recommend recharging the Yeti 400 and all Yeti Power Station every 6 month to maintain a healthy battery. Do you have a Yeti 400 Lithium or Yeti 400 Lead Acid? If you are referring to the lead acid unit we would recommend doing a battery disconnect. Unscrew the lid and and disconnect the negative and positive terminals. Let it sit for 10 minutes unplugged. Try connecting it again and fully recharging. If that does not work please give us a call for more troubleshooting or a replacement battery.

You can purchase a new battery at any local battery store that carries lead acid batteries. You can also purchase it directly from us through the link below.
