Sherpa 100AC Phantom Input

Good afternoon,
My sherpa 100AC seems to be showing a constant 49w input on the p1 port even when nothing is connected, I've tried a reset and that didn't clear it, dies anyone have any idea how to get it to reset?

If the reset did not do the trick please try draining the Sherpa to 0% and try recharging it. If that does not do the trick please email support@goalzero.com with your proof of purchase.
