1500x Randonly started resetting 120V outlet

I use my 1500X for my Home Office to protect from grid glitches. This morning the unit started randomly rebooting my power outlet repeatedly whihc dropped my internet and connected devices. I noticed there was a Frmware update. It was a bit of a struggle to get the firmware updated. The firmware update completed and the unit seems stable at the moment. Can you tell me whats going on?

    Hi @Chargeme,

    This normally happens if the firmware update does not complete. The unit gets stuck in a loop trying to complete it, which requires everything to be shut off on the unit except the display. If the firmware updated has been completed, there won't be a need for this to continue happening since the unit is now out of the loop.
