Is this an indication of a bad battery or a bad charger? The 20% band flashes.

We appreciate your patience with this. Please see the link below to for resets to the Yeti power stations. If this does not work, there may potentially be an issue with the charge controller. At that point we suggest contacting our solution center for further assistance.
