1500X/Four Tanks/Link black wire does not fully insert into its slot

I have the 1500X and four tanks. The link expansion module black wire does not fully insert. Is this normal? The system seems to work okay, however recently I needed to reset the system due to some sort of fault.

With my set up the black communication cable does feel a little loose. I am still able to see the input from the tanks though. If you are able to see input from the tanks I would say you are fine.

just installed mine today and if you are talking about the usb communication cable, yes it does stick out and does not seat all the way in, seems loose and but is working
