Adding yeti home integration kit to existing panels only grid tied solar home

Want to add a yeti and a home integration transfer kit to my existing home to power a few circuits when the power goes out. Any issues or considerations to understand that are caused by the existing solar panels and inverter? I assume that in a power outage if I switch each circuit I want to use from line to gen that is all I need to do just like a non solar home. Correct?

Hi @Coconutguy01,
If there is an inverter installed that you can use to charge the Yeti from the AC power supply, there really isn't anything extra you need to do. The HIK will power the items from the Yeti as long as it is in "GEN".
