Connecting 2or more 200w Newpowa panels to GZ3000x

Wandering if I can connect 2 of these panels to my Gz3000x. Would use mc4 to APP connectors to plug into HPP port. Panels are rated:

200 watts

VMP18.6v

IMP 10.75a

VOC21.84v

ISC11.47v

also is it best to wire in parallel or series? Lastly would it be possible to add a 3rd panel in the future?

The 3000X can take in 14-50V into the HPP port. Current rates wont be a problem.

If you want to do series of 2 or more panels, just make sure the OCV is below 40-ish Volts ( most GZ panels are around 22V OCV, when you get close to 50V it may not work well)
