Blinking blue lights

My Lighthouse 250 lantern has always worked well. I know that when charging, the lights blink and indicate charge. The lantern still provides light in either mode, but all 4 lights blink rapidly all the time, and I’m not charging the unit and it is turned off. What could this mean? Is the battery starting to fail? Is so, is it replaceable?

That is some weird behavior! Maybe try turning it all the way on and letting it die? It might just need to be cycled a few times too. Drain it to empty and charge it up. Do this 2-3 times and see if it makes a difference. I know they do not have a replaceable battery.
