Suddenly not charging

in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

Good day all My 1500x has decided to not take a charge. Was working great, no issues. Plugged in to keep topped up and nothing. The charge cord lights up but nothing happens at the pack. Completely dead, no lights etc. And of course the warranty was over in September.

Any suggestions very appreciated.

    Try the battery reset, it's posted somewhere here, you open it up, unplug the display, unplug the battery, plug battery back in, plug display back in

    Worked for me on a frozen firmware update

    Sorry for the late reply. We did try the hard reset numerous times to no avail. 😕. Not sure where to go from here but will try to contact goal zero in suggestions. Or determine where you recycle these…..

    Just an update and a thanks for suggestions. Had the auto tech hubby look at the yeti since the warranty is over. Put a small short charge directly to the battery and it’s now charging and working like a charm. Not sure what cause the complete discharge but going to do some testing on it and see how it goes.
