Korean distributors say they don't respond to the service just because it's water.

And it's authentic, he says.

But it's been 10 days since I bought it and I've never put it in water or used it when it rained and it was normal last week and then I left it on my desk for a week and checked it.

What is this?

    Hey @TGkim,

It looks like this is internal condensation. We have seen this happen on occasion and typically it goes away when you put it in a warmer area. Is the unit still working?

    Water

    Thank you for your reply.

I met a Korean distributor yesterday and made a hole outside to check that it was water.

He wanted to buy another one, saying it was absolutely soaking in water, and replaced it with a slightly cheaper price.

I put the desiccant in the zipper bag and left it for two weeks at the suggestion of other users, and the indoor temperature was over 24 degrees.

And it worked for the first week, but it didn't work from this week(2nd~3rd).
