Yeti 1500x with 4 Boulder 100 charges slowly
I have a Yeti 1500x. I have 4 Boulder 100 panels. I have a High Power Port connection coming from the panels to the yeti. When connecting the solar input, charging from full sun will yield 300+ watts input but only briefly. Even though the panels seem to able to send more watts, the yeti scales down to about 170 watts input on average so it takes longer to charge.
The point of using 4 Boulder 100 panels for me was to provide lots of power to allow the Yeti to fill to 100% given the short winter days. This is not the case however as the Yeti seems to only want a lower input level and charges on its own sweet time without taking advantage of the high solar input during the short winter day.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Hi @Vandura2023,
What firmware version is the Yeti 1500X? If it is not at the latest, we would suggest updating it as some of the firmware updates can help with charging issues.
