YETI 1000X Programing

Hi everyone. tried to find information by my self, but there is empty.

I have yeti 1000x, 120w charger, output - 50-100w

First problem (where start is) - it was uncharged, but slowly. it was almost 4 weeks, always on charge 120w and output AC 110w maximum. I saw, that every day battery get lower and lower. I try to figure out, what happens and find that INPUT was only 40-60 WATTS. When i plug out and then plug in source - it start 119 WATTS but only for few seconds.

Even all night was without AC output, it still didn't charged.

Second step - i tried to restart the unit.

i had push UNITS and INFO buttons for few second, and it has reboot

BUT THE PROBLEM NEW - it recalibrate the battery (when i swich off - it was 19%) and now the device show me 100% of battery
