How many watts can I draw on a Yeti Goal Zero 400 lithium? If I have an appliance that has a wattage over 400 will I damage my Goal Zero? Thank you !

I believe the answer requires you to let us know which port you need to plug into.

The USB ports are rated for different watts than the AC outlet is. The AC outlet on my 1500X is rated up to 2000W, but of course at that rate it won't last even a full day. But one of the beauties of the Goal Zero line is pass through charging, so if my 1500X is connected to a solar panel and the 1500X is connected to the demand, it can supply power and charge at the same time.

I just went online to look up the specs on the Yeti 400. Apparently the inverter is rated at 300W continuous and 600W surge for the AC power outlet. My guess is you don't want to run it over the 300W and if you do it will probably overheat or some other internal circuitry will shut it off after a spell.

    Good luck.
