Beware YETILINK EXPANSION MODULE melted plug and expansion module!
version 2 melted plug and expansion module. version 1 was recalled for this exact reason.
brand new yeti 1500x with the YETILINK EXPANSION MODULE + 1Yeti Tank Expansion Battery + 30-AMP EXTERNAL MPPT
the battery is being charged by panels through the mppt and then the battery feeds into the yet1500x via the expansion module
after a week of use i went to move the 1500x and the plug would not come out. after some prying i got it out and found these melted parts. and yes the plug was firmly seated into the module with the clip. the 1500x was also drawing 836 watts from the battery while it is rated for 750
