Yeti 200x won't charge via 60w USB-C PD port

This may be the first time I have attempted to charge my Yeti 200x via USB-C port.

I am attempting to charge via the same 60W USB-C charger I use to charge my laptop.

The x200x % charged status light comes on but the battery never charges.

The battery has always charged OK via solar panel.

Does the charge LED blink or is it on solid?

What is the State of charge of the Yeti? 0%, 100%, somewhere in the middle?

What is the make/model of the 60W USBc charger? What are its output specs? Is the cable integrated into the charger or is it a separate cable with a different make/model?
