Yeti x1500 charging issue

If you experience charging issue with your Yeti, make sure the charging box (small black box connected to charging cables) is not resting on a tile floor!

Purchased brand new Goal Zero Yeti X1500. Started the charging and setup sequence as directed in manual & app. Charging moving along nicely until I moved the Yeti to a table for permanent position. I had moved the charging box on to a tile floor while I settled the battery on the table. The charging sequence stopped completely. Display showed no input and battery at 84%.

Customer support felt the battery was in battery saver mode. I went to the app and cycled the buttons from PERFORMANCE to BATTERY SAVER mode and back. Nothing. I picked up the charging box off the tile floor and the charging sequence started immediately. I placed the charging box on the tile floor again, charging stopped immediately.

Customer support, sales rep & technical support had never heard of such an issue.
