The Little Things
Haven’t tried the product yet, but made two orders. First concern is that I received FedEx tracking numbers linked to the UPS tracking system on both orders. Second concern is I ordered a package with 2 Boulder suitcases. A package with no way to link the two solar units just seems cheap. Hence the second order. If the simple things aren’t managed correctly, should I start to be worried?

Hi @Frothymalt,
Is the kit in the link the one you ordered? If so, it does come with a combiner cable so you can chain the panels.
As for the tracking number, that is an error in the internal system that has been corrected.

Thank you for responding. I really think both issues were due to the shipping. A utility worker showed up with the connector about 2 or 3 weeks after the initial delivery. They found it in a ditch about a mile from my house. It was in a UPS bag with a FedEx label on it.

In addition, all packages show as delivered which is clearly not the case. The driver originally showed up in a Penske box truck with 4 packages and the tracking showed 5 out for delivery. He said the last one would follow next week. I signed for four. IMO he found the fifth package later and simply tossed it.
