Venture 70

I have a venture 70 that is probably getting close to end of life at 5 or 6 years old. It was taking longer to re-charge, and most recently it would not charge over 40%. After a soft reset and then a factory reset/storage mode, it appears to be charging normally again and has just the final flashing led left until full. Is there a way to check the cell voltage or % of ‘life’ left?
