Surge output duration?

Does anyone know how long the Yeti 1500X can sustain the 3500W surge output? I'm looking for a number of seconds/minutes. Also, is this the same for all similar models (3000X, 6000X)?

    Hi @jvanny,

    The surge of the Yeti 1500X, 3000X and 6000X are all the same. The surge typically is less than a second (although we are not able to give you exactly the length of time as it is very difficult to measure). Most items that surge don't have an issue but some items that require a start up (usually lasts more than a second) will have an issue.
