My Venture30 battery completely died & now will not charge, even in a wall socket, any suggestions?

Hello, we are sorry to hear about the charging issues you are having with your venture. Have you tired using other cables? Do you have solar you could try using? If those options do not work please email us your proof of purchase and we will look into warranty options.

Looks like the cable with the battery is not working, but I have others that will suffice.
