I received a new Sherpa 100ac today. After various tests with multiple cables, I have yet to see anything close to 60 or 100 watts from the usb-c ports. The output fluctuates anywhere from 7 to 24 watts top. Is this normal?

USB PD and QC ports have a communication part to establishing what power comes out of the port. If your device(phone, tablet etc) only asks for 10 watts, then that is all the Sherpa will provide. The power may fluctuate up and down depending on the battery level of the device being charged if its nearing the CV portion of a full charge for example.

If you want 100W out of the sherpa, you will need a special 100W rated usbc cable that has smart chips in the connector ends.

If you need more clarification, please reply with more information about what devices you are using ( Model, % charge on device display, Temperature of the room )
