I could never use it. Does any venture 35 user had the same problem?

I bought the venture 35 with the nomad 10 panel. I fully charge it before a climb. But it never worked. I try to fully charge it again several times but as soon as I disconnect it from the power source it is already empty.

The light never functioned

Someone had the some problem? Can I change it for a new one?
