Why can't I get my new Sherpa 100 AC older version to charge my LG Gram laptop?

I can't seem to get my new Sherpa 100AC (older model) to charge my LG Gram laptop. I have tried both of the USB-C pd outputs and have tried them in both auto mode and output mode. I have used both the short cable that came with the sherpa and my own 36" usbc to usbc cable. Any suggestions on what to try next?
