How to get a new (<1year old) Yeti 200X's MPPT input fixed.
I bought a Yeti 200X from REI in July of 2022, and it worked at first, but today (Jan 28, 2022) it would charge form neither my Nomad 50 solar panel, wall adapter, nor from a third party solar panel regulated to output 19V. How would I go about getting this fixed. Do I need to do a warranty claim, and if so, how do I go about that?

Is the unit completely out of power? If so, we suggest using the USB PD input/output port to try to wake the unit up. If this does not work, please contact our solution center for warranty inquiries. Their contact information is below.

It was out of power, and I left it connected to an 87W USB-C power adapter for over an hour, but the only thing it did was rapidly flash % and then 0 when connected to power, and the display wouldn't even light up with it unplugged. Is there anything Else I can try?
