The User Guide states: DO NOT tamper with or attempt to replace your battery. For information about a replacement battery contact the Goal Zero solutions center.

What is the procedure when a new battery is required?

    Hi @LoneStarHog,

    When you need the battery replace, you can give us a call or send us an email to request a battery replacement. We will set up an RMA and send you a shipping box. Once you receive the shipping box, you follow the instructions to get the unit back to us. Once we receive it, we will replace the battery, give you a call and then take payment. Once payment is received, we ship the unit back to you with the new battery installed.
