1500x won’t charge

my 1500x is several months old. It will accept a charge forabout 10 minutes. Then light goes solid and no power input. What is going on and how to fix?

Also- my USB is outputing power but the DC and AC are NOT. Help!

My 1500X has been continuously plugged into a home 120V standard power outlet but the battery level is at zero. Not charging from solar panels either. any suggestions?

Please try charging the unit via the USB PD port. This will "wake up" the Yeti and allow input through the other charging ports.
