I could not pair the mobile app with my Yeti device
If you are not able to pair the App to your Yeti device, try the reset below. We have found this reset to be the most successful when dealing with Wi-Fi issues.
WIFI RESET

Reset:
- On the phone go to the WiFi Settings
- Find the YetiXXXX network and find the option to "Forget this network"
- Kill the app on the phone
- Now try a full factory reset (Hold UNITS+INFO buttons on Yeti for 5 seconds)
- give it a minute while it beeps. Hopefully it comes out of the beeps within about a minute.
THEN:
1. Hold the RESET button under the lid for 5 seconds until the LCD screen goes blank. It should return back on within about 5 seconds.
2. Ensure the WiFi icon is blinking on the LCD 2a. If WiFi icon off, press (not hold) the WiFi button under the lid.
2b. If WiFi icon on and static, press and hold the WiFi button under the lid for about 3 seconds until the WiFi icon blinks on the LCD.
3. Attempt to connect mobile to the YetiXXXX network with the GOALZERO password in the mobile device WiFi settings.
4. Yeti App: on the password change screen, tick the box to accept the default password (for now, can be changed later if successful)
5. Yeti App: On the WiFi selection screen, select the name of your home network and enter your home network password 6. By now, you should be fully connected.

These instructions did not work for me, I called customer care and they help troubleshoot but nothing seems to fix this issue.
