I need to use my Yeti 1500 in a hot place that routinely reaches more than 104°F. What happens if it does? I assume there is some kind of safety mechanism in place that will shut it down? or is the 32-104°F more of just a guideline? If it's just a guideline, is there a threshold that will trigger it to shut down?

There are several protective temperature limits that will do things like disable port output, turn on fans and eventually lock out the battery. Try to keep the Yeti cool if possible.
