Battery problem?

I have a Yeti 1000 purchased from Costco in 2018. It hasn't been used much and the SOC rarely gets below 50%, though a couple of times it has been completely discharged. Now when recharging the SOC doesn't get above 91%. Is this expected, or a problem with the battery?

It really depends. If the unit has not been used for more than 6 months it could be that the display is not calibrated and cycling the unit 6-8 times would fix the issue.

With the age of the unit though, it is also very possible that it has lost that capacity all together. We suggest cycling it to see if this fixes the issue.
