Yeti 400 never worked as advertised

I signed up, because our Yeti 400 lead acid barely worked. I couldn't find any customer service or any other support. We bought it 3 years ago. The battery ran out quickly, then it stopped working completely. The best it worked was with a 5W led bulb and that didn't ever last an hour. That was usb and we get nothing from AC. We paid over $400. We kept trying to charge it, but it never took. Kept it plugged or tried to cycle, nothing works. All I can say is that it's useless.

Where did you buy the unit from? When you bought the unit did you let it sit unused for a long period of time? It honestly sounds like you just need to swap the battery.
