In need of immediate support?
Although this community is a great place to find answers to your questions, it is not a direct customer support source. The purpose of the community is to discuss ideas and identify issues with other Goal Zero users. The community is monitored but it will take longer to receive answers compared to contacting our Solution Center. Below are a few example questions and requests that should be directed to our Solution Center.

· I have a unit that is not working, can I get a warranty replacement?
· My Yeti power station is my ONLY source of power and is not working. What should I do?!
There are several ways you can contact our Solution Center.
· The fastest and most efficient way is by phone. They are available Monday thru Friday between 9AM MST to 5PM MST.
o Contact them through their toll free number: 888-794-6250
o If you are worried about hold times, there is a call back option you can select. If there are any hold time it will prompt you to select that option.
· You can contact them through the chat option on goalzero.com.
o To do so, you click on the blue envelope on the bottom right of the screen.
· You can also contact them via email. There are two ways to do this:

o You can send a message through the contact us page on goalzero.com, included below.
o Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
