Goal Zero will not update firmware

Hey Goal Zero

I have a Goal zero that will not update firmware. It randomly disconnects when trying to update the firmware. It also will shut down every 15 to 18 hours while connected to power. I have not been able to get the Goal Zero to reset. Any thoughts on how we can update the firmware and fix the Goal Zero from shutting down.
