Yeti 1500X Input on top of box

I just purchased a Yeti 1500x. When I connet my 12 volt charger to the input on front of device, it charges properly. When opening the lid and connecting input to top port, I get nothing. Ironically, when conected to the front port and device is charging, the blue lights on each port flash. Am I missing something? I cannot figure out how to chare from the top

Hi @Donald_Smith,
Do you have anything connected to the front 8mm port? On the X line, the front ports take priority over the port under the lid.
