Sherpa 100 AC 4th gen - No data displayed on screen
I am trying to figure out if there is some sort of (magic) reset I can do or how to troubleshoot the screen not working on my brand new (4th gen) Sherpa 100 AC. I have had it charging on several different charges for several hours, but the display did not come on. I do see the lights on when pressing the USB and AC buttons below the screen, but nothing seems to happen when I press the display and Qi charging buttons. The port I am using to charge the device is lit blue.

Hi @tellorpj,
Please press and hold the USB and AC button for about 30 seconds. This will toggle the screen on and off.
If this does not work, please try the reset below.
- Press and hold the USB button for 15 seconds.
- Everything should shut off on the unit (if you have any of the ports on).
- After 15 seconds, the Sherpa will be reset.

My display is also not working. Tried these suggestions. Not sure what the USB button is, but assume it is the on button. It appears to have some charge because it's charging my phone right now via the 2.4 USB C port. Not sure what else I can try.

I found this thread because my Sherpa 100AC is experiencing the same problem. It charges my phone, the blue light comes on when I press the AC On button, but I canʻt wake up the display. I tried the above steps recommended by the Goal Zero Admin but that didnʻt work. Any other suggestions? Not having access to the display is a real limitation.
