Charge Controller on Core

Camper with a 12v, 130AH AGM battery. The Boulder 100 panel has a charge controller. I attached the 10 amp connectors to the AGM battery terminals. Is it possible to send 12v from my Yeti 1000 Core to the charge controller and re-charge the AGM battery using the Core ? The connectors on the Core are not those used as 10 amp output from the charge controller. Can I use an 8mm output off the Core, into the charge controller, then to the GM ?
