I let my Yeti 500 Lithium go completely dead (zero charge).

When I plugged it in, the display came to life but the input power is showing 0 watts.

How can I bring it back to life?

    Hello @pmb2133

Do you have a USB-C cable? Please try charging through the 60 watt in/out PD port. If it starts taking a charge please leave the USB-C cable plugged in for about 2-3 hours. Try plugging in the regular power supply and see if it starts taking a charge. If that does not work please contact our support team with your proof of purchase.

I should have sent a note.

I just had to leave it plugged in and after a while it did start charging and then take a full charge.

    Thanks for the support.
