Yeti 500X will not charge

in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

I let my new 500X un attended for 6 months and recently tried to get it up and running for the season. The display came to life when I plugged it in but is showing 0% (8 volts) and even plugged in, the input power is 0 watts.

Is there something I can do to get it back up and running?

    Hi @pmb2133

    Please try charging through the USB-C 60watt in/out port. Keep it plugged in for about 2-3 hours and then try the regular power supply. If that does not work please contact our support team with your proof of purchase.
