Yeti 500X will not charge

May 14 in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

I let my new 500X un attended for 6 months and recently tried to get it up and running for the season. The display came to life when I plugged it in but is showing 0% (8 volts) and even plugged in, the input power is 0 watts.

Is there something I can do to get it back up and running?
