Hot Temperature Always On & Fan Kicks In
Hi, I have a 3000x Yeti always plugged into the wall inside of my house and the last week the High Hot Temperature icon is always on the display, even without any device connected. Also the fan starts when I press any of the button of the unit and stays on for a long time. The temperature inside the house is cool, so I don't understand why this is happening. I have the latest firmware update already installed in my unit (1.8.6) Help! Any suggestions?

Try unplugging the yeti from all inputs and outputs overnight. If the temperature values are still high in the morning even though the room temperature is cool, try a battery shutdown reset following these steps

Hi there, I'm also experiencing the same issue, but with the 1000X, my local distributor does now know who to deal with the issue I'm experiencing, and I've tried the method indicated above but the 1000X still gives the same warning and even after reset, the unit fan kicks in for an extended period of time.
My 1000x is not being charged and can feel that something inside is creating heat, currently now it is at 95% capacity, and it is not doing anything at all, my ambient temperature is at 82F average.
Pls help me before this unit catches on fire.
