Yeti 1500X Will Not Pair

Just received a new 1500X. The device will not Bluetooth pair.

Have tried on 3 different phones. 2 Android and 1 Apple.

Can see the unit on all the phone Bluetooth and in the Yeti app.

Any suggestions before returning?
