What do I need to hook up my Webasto gas heater to the 3000x? Can I use my DC out from my fuse box set up? Or does it have to be the 12v?

The 12V HPP out, 6mm or the Car/Cig port of the 3000X all provide regulated 13.8V DC. If you have any of those connected to a fuse box you should get the same voltage. Only the HPP output ports can provide 30A, the rest are about 13A and lower.
