Yeti 500X 60w USB-C PD (power delivery port) issue
Does anyone experienced the issue with 500X 60w USB-C PD (power delivery port)? On the front left side.
This port working only as input. It's impossible to charge USB-C equipped devices using this port.
Another USB-C port (declared as 18W) doen't deliver this power to charging units.
WTF.
Based on several reviews - this is common problem for 500X model

Sorry for the late reply. It looks like our forum language filter is strong enough to quarantine a post with w t f in it 🙃... we are just getting to them now.

If your 500X is still in warranty you may be able to get a replacement for the 18W port failing to provide power. If the warranty lapsed after you made this post that was hidden from us for a long time, mention that to the agent.
