Sherpa 100AC
I posted this before but it seems to have disappeared.
I just took a 100AC out of box and attached to Anker USBC charger. Screen came on, everything looked normal and I walked away for a few hours. I come back and screen is off and wont turn on.
i pushed the AC button till i got a blue led. At that point i could draw power from the AC, USB A, Qi wireless (if I pressed the button) and eventually USBC. Still no display. Please help. I attached photos below or the steps from AC to eventually USBC.

Try a reset of the unit. To do this, switch it on, then press and hold the on-off-button for about 20 seconds.
Normal the display shows RESET and a square appears. After the 5th appeared square the unit switch off and the reset is done. It takes about 20 seconds. But without display you must do it estimated.
Now switch on again and hope. If no display, contact the support.
