green light on old shepra 100 button
hi. does any9ne know what d9es green loght on old shepra 100 button means? bought it 7 years ago. few week ago it went on little crazy mode. screen turned on sometime, could not turn it off,could not turn it on.
now it ocured to me to unplug and plig back a fuse (have changes it once 3 years ago)
and cant turn it off. usb is of, avery outlet is of, but screen chows status battery (with no light at least) abd green is on on a button. 'always on' mode is off
will it help to take a lid off and check if something is weird inside?
looks like after replug a fuse a screen does not blink anymore
what does green light mean?

Is this the Sherpa with the detachable inverter slot on the side? If so, the button should generally light up when the unit is on. If you have reset by removing and replacing the fuse, and now the unit will not turn off, there is likely an issue not resolvable on the customer side and you'll likely need to explore some options with the Goal Zero service department.
