Older Boulder 30 briefcase

We have an older Boulder briefcase. I am trying to find out what kind of connector this has. We purchased a small new goal zero phone power bank and wanted to find out if there is a way to adapt this to be able to charge it with our older solar panel. The flip 24 only has a usb connector. The connector on the panel looks similar to the 8MM but it is different. This is an older first gen panel from Goal Zero.
